Job Summary
- As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of outlet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, high service standards, and staff accountability.
- You will lead a team, manage inventory, maintain the facility, and drive overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and operational goals.
- Ensure proper staff grooming, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory usage, prevent wastage, and control stock levels.
- Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness to meet operational standards.
- Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer experience.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely complaint resolution.
- Enforce strict staff grooming and conduct standards.
Core Competencies
- Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
- 3-5 years experience in a QSR
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of QSR operations and food service management.
- Ability to manage customer service, inventory, facilities, staff performance, and product quality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
